Good salary package directly depends on your knowledge and your hard work. No one can say that you will get more than 4 LPA package or more after completing your MBA. You have to develop your thinking because nowadays, No company wants to offer good Package, You will get good salary after completing MBA, If you have justified your Knowledge in the front of Interviewer. The salary is depends on your Thinking and Performance. No one can be Impressed with your Marks, Low scored candidates will get Good Jobs as compared to top Scorers. So if you want to see you top Position in future then please work hard for that position. I Know that MBA is the best degree course nowadays, But the competition is very tough because every year, many candidates pass and its tough to give jobs to all those candidates, You have to prepare yourself in such a way that you will see differently as compared to others. Freshers will not get good salary directly, when you will get some experience then you will get increments and promotions also. MBA is a good course and it depends on you how will you handle this course, Between the course, you will go for your internship training in some companies. You have to work hard in those company and handle the project seriously and if you really work hard, maybe you will get PPO: Pre Placement Offer. Please prepare well for campus recruitment because most of the company will select candidates through written test, group discussion and personal interview. If you work hard, then definitely you will be placed in some top companies. So, please work hard and complete your MBA.
