It entirely depends upon the skills you possess to do justice to the particular job profile, the B-school from where you are pursuing MBA, and the company recruiting you. You might earn anywhere from Rs 3 Lacs to 30 Lacs and even more. Candidates from reputed B-schools like the IIMs (old ones), JBIMS, FMS, SP Jain, etc. Are known for bagging lucrative packages of around Rs 20-25 Lacs (on an average). -

Your salary depends on how much money you are helping your company to make. You get paid for getting the results your employer hired you to accomplish. However, an IIMs pass out may get an average pay between 15-20L/year and other from 3-10L/years. -
After completing MBA, people get 15 Lacs to 20 Lacs per annum.
