Your board marks have nothing to do with VIT scholarship. You have to write VITEEE exam and get the good rank under 1000 to get scholarship in VIT. -
In some private colleges like SRM, you do get scholarships for scoring above 95%. -
If you stood among top 1% students in your state then you are eligible for 'INSPIRE' scholarship which offers 80,000 per year for 5 years for B.Sc and equivalent degree.
