    The following are some of the scholarships available at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University:
    1. Bursaries and studentships for OBC, SC, and ST students
    2. Asevit Studentship is offered to students from remote hilly regions
    3. Each of the top six scorers in the entrance exam held by the university receives a monthly scholarship worth Rs 200.
    4. Ten deserving BPL students are awarded scholarships worth Rs. 1,500 each month.
    5. National Scholarships and Bursaries is offered to the toppers of University
    6. National Sanskrit Sansthan Research Scholarship
    7. Aditya Ram Barthwal Scholarship for poor meritorious students
