What are the scholarships offered by Dr CV Raman University?

<p>The CVRU Bilaspur offers CG scholarship programmes to help students with financial aid so they can finish their education and achieve their ambitions. The following are the many CG Scholarship programmes that CVRU offers:</p><p><strong>Scholarship for underprivileged</strong></p><p>Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC community can apply for this scholarship programme if the annual income is below INR 1 Lacs for OBC or it is below INR 2 Lacs for SC/ST. The candidates will be required to submit a caste certificate and income certificate duly signed by the tahsildar.</p><p><strong>Scholarship for Meritorious</strong></p><p>Candidates who have secured 85% or above marks in SSC/HSC examination can apply for this scholarship program. The scholarship will be given either in bulk or in parts at the beginning of every term. Special concessions will also be provided to the candidates hailing from economically backward communities.</p><p><strong>Scholarship programme for ME/MTech</strong></p><p>To promote post-graduation education in India, INR 8000/- will be granted by MHRD to GATE-qualified students to afford higher education and meet the demand for thesis work.</p><p>Notice acandidates can avail of only one kind of scholarship programme by producing the necessary documents along with the scholarship form.</p>
