what are the scopes in career after completion of BHMS and post job experience of 3-4years? are BHMS eligible for all grad level jobs?

I've completed BHMS & working as AYUSH medical officer for last 3 years. What are the other options in pursuing higher level careers. Are BHMS students eligible to apply for all Govt jobs open for general graduates? I'd like to pursue Masters in Public Health from Indian & foreign institutes, suggst
