What are the short term courses (1 year) available for me? Which are the good colleges for pursuing the same?

Currently working in TCS with 18 months of work experience.I am thinking of doing MBA.Given CAT,XAT but not scored well.I planned to go for another one year to get more work experience.After that i will get 30-32 months of experience ,then planned to do 1 year course from reputed college.
