What are the skills necessary for enrolling in a creative field?

I'm in 12th ISC with commerce and maths. I have creative aptitude but I am not sure if I am good enough for this field.

    Shriya, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. In fact, the University Model has not succeeded in any Skill field across the world. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field.     Hi Shriya
    You need to be good in any creative subject or arts or languages. I would recommend you to start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows and human figures.
    However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. Psychology and Literature are two useful subjects.
    Try to participate in Writing, Drawing/ Painting, Sports, Dramatics, Music, Singing etc. whatever is possible for you. If any good life art or method art classes are available i

    Hi Shriya,
    As you said you are "quite good in all, trained in dance and arts and have a great interest for singing and acting too." First of all you need to be clear about what creative field you want to go ahead with as your major field. You can explore all simultaneously too as hobby, but if you are looking for a degree/course, I think you will have to choose one, can choose the one you enjoy the most!
    As you are in 12th and if I am not wrong, you will be looking forward for Graduation degree course, so I wont suggest you to go ahead with multimedia/Digital courses right now as these tools you can learn as excel in design/creative fiel

    When you say creativity what exactly do you mean?
    It can refer to painting, music, dance, drama, acting, etc. Please elaborate.
