Food Technology and Food Safety & Quality Management are the two specialisations offered under the M.Tech course at MIT School of Food Technology. For admission to the MTech course at MIT SoFT, candidates must appear for any one of the entrance exams accepted by the School. Further, candidates must make sure to have a valid qualification to be eligible for the M.Tech course. Candidates must have BTech / BE (Food Science / Food Technology) or four years' equivalent degree programme in Food Science and Food Technology passed with 50% aggregate (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category).
