Just check the for different specialization in CSE:- https://www.upes.ac.in/btech-cs-engineering-with-specialization-in-healthcare-informatics.
I want to tell you that specialization means that you are getting the knowledge in the particular field only and it will be your specialization only.
Here CSE is a domain and choosing the cloud computing or informatics is the specialization field.
Every course has scope in jobs. It doesn't depend on the course you choose but it depends on you only.
Choose any specialization it is up to you. Go for that only in which you have interest.
Just do hard work and concentrate on your studies only.

There are many (approx 17) specializations for CSE. Like cloud computing, mainframe, BAO, gaming and graphics, IOT and many more. So, they will be more beneficial for you in future. So, it will be your choice of interest which specialization you want to choose.
