What are the specialization options available in PGDBM?

As per your educational background I would advice you to opt for Operations or may be Finance. Operations management is an area of management concerned with overseeing, designing, and redesigning business operations in the production of goods and/or services. It is concerned with managing the process that converts inputs into outputs. And, finance management is the management of the finances of a business / organization in order to achieve financial objectives. Hi Roshan, Keeping in mind your Educational background I would suggest you to go for Operations which would be the best specialization for you. However, Finance could be another good option for Engineers as you people have strong hold on Quant. Apart from these two Specializations the other popular Management specializations are Human Resource, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, International Business, and IT etc. Hope this resolves your query.
