<ol> <li> <p>Computation of Admission Merit: </p> <ul> <li>Academic Merit computed from the marks obtained in various pre-qualifying and/or qualifying examinations.</li> <li>Written Objective Test</li> <li>Personal Interview </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Written Test: </p> <ul> <li>The Written Objective Test will be of two hours, with 100 multiple-choice questions.</li> <li>The test will comprise of two sections: <ul> <li>Section A: General Awareness and Teaching Aptitude (50 questions)</li> <li>Section B: Subject Knowledge (50 questions)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Eligibility: </p> <ul> <li>Minimum Qualification: Candidates with at least 50% Marks or CGPA of 5.0/10 either in Bachelor’s Degree and / or in the Master’s Degree in Science / Social Science /Humanities, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or CGPA of 5.5/10 or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible to apply for admission to the programme.</li> </ul> </li> </ol>
