What are the steps of application for admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at VELS Medical College and Hospital?

<ol> <li>The candidate should report to the admission office of VELS Medical College &amp; Hospital along with original certificates and demand draft/RTGS transfer for the specified amount.</li> <li>The candidate should submit the following certificates along with 3 sets of photocopies: <ul> <li>Medical Fitness Certificate</li> <li>Provisional allotment letter from DGHS/mcc.nic.in</li> <li>NEET (UG) qualification certificate</li> </ul> </li> <li>The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31st of the year of admission.</li> <li>The candidate should have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually in 12th standard and obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.</li> <li>The candidate should be NEET (UG) qualified in the respective year of admission and have a rank in the merit list of NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate medical courses.</li> </ol>
