    1. The candidate should report to the admission office of VELS Medical College & Hospital along with original certificates and demand draft/RTGS transfer for the specified amount.

    2. The candidate should submit the following certificates along with 3 sets of photocopies:

      • Medical Fitness Certificate

      • Provisional allotment letter from DGHS/mcc.nic.in

      • NEET (UG) qualification certificate



    3. The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31st of the year of admission.

    4. The candidate should have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually in 12th standard and obtained a minimum of 50% marks in Phy
