What are the steps of application for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma.) at NIET Gr Noida?

<ol> <li>The candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognised Board/University with the required subject combinations either in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry and Biology.</li><li>Students appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible for admission subject to the fulfillment of the requirements of education, age and physical fitness etc. as prescribed by the examining body during counseling /admission.</li><li>Admission is based on merit list prepared by Institute based on the marks obtained at the qualifying examination of UP Joint Entrance Examination.</li><li>A student is expected to attend at least 75 % of total attendance for each subject, in the absence of which he/she will not be eligible to appear the exam for that subject as per PCI and BTE norms.</li><li>The programme covers basic pharmaceutical education including Pharmaceutics, Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Pharmacognosy along with their application in the healthcare Industry.</li><li>The course for D. Pharm shall extend over 2 years consisting of two years, along with inbuilt industrial/ community pharmacy/ hospital training.</li></ol>
