- Appear for the Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM) in either the Mathematics (MA) or the Mathematical Statistics (MS) paper.
- Apply separately to IISc through their admissions portal.
- Short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview at IISc based on their JAM score.
- Candidates who are yet to complete their examinations for the eligible degree can apply if they expect to complete all requirements before July 31.
- Complete 57 credits of course work and 7 credits of project work by the end of the fourth semester after joining the program.
