- Fill up the online application form available on the IIIT Delhi website.
- Eligible candidates with a valid GATE score will be considered for M.Tech. Assistantship.
- Candidates with B.Tech./BE in CS/IT or its allied areas, or MCA, or M.Sc. in CS/IT with 65% marks are eligible to apply.
