International applicants need to apply to UHCL through the ApplyTexas application portal.
Step 1: Create an account as a new user.
Step 2: Enter personal details as required.
Step 3: After filling in all the relevant application details, click on the Save Profile button to save your login credentials. Pay the application fees.
Step 4: Submit your exam scores are required.
Step 5: Submit the financial and immigration documents.
Read the instructions and sign the Student Statement of Understanding, before submitting the application.
