There is nothing impossible. You can go for civil service examination. Yes it is amongst the best exam in India...
After HSC /12th first you have to stronger your base. You have to be graduate or pursuing final year of graduation and 21year of age.

Accounts and economics are not asked there
political Science and history and Gk is asked
