What are the steps to becoming an ips officer.i am currently 16,am i too late to start preparing for the exams.

Please tell me the all the steps that i must from now on what are some books that i must read to gain knowledge. are there any courses i can take currently in school that would help me

    No u r not late. u have a lot of time.
    tp be an IPS officer first u need a graduate degree. then you will have to clear the exam for IPS officer conducted every year by UPSC.
    the minimum age should not be less than 21 and maximum age should not be more than 30.
