    well core subjects are analog electronics,communication system ,VLSI design,computer organization.

    There are about 45 subjects offered by a college to ECE students. First year subjects are common to every department but all core subjects starts from second year. Subjects like Electronic devices and circuits, Basic circuit theory,Analog communications[AC],Signals and systems[SS],Electromagnetic waves and transmission lines,Probability theory and random processing,Digital logic design,Antennas and wave propagation,Digital communication,Digital signal processing, Microprocessors and micro controllers, VLSID,Electronics Instrumentation and measurement,Satellite engineering[SE],Control sytems,OS,CO,C.DSA,DBMS,Software engineering and so
