    The ICSI CS Executive examination will consist of two groups:

    Group 1 (4 papers)

    1. Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws
    2. Company Law and Practice
    3. Setting Up of Business, Industrial and Labour Laws
    4. Corporate Accounting and Financial Management

    Group 2 (3 papers)

    1. Capital Market and Securities Laws
    2. Economic, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws
    3. Tax Laws and Practice
