    The subjects offered in BSc Microbiology first semester at Maulana Azad College are as follows:

    • English/Bengali/Urdu
    • Introduction to Microbiology and Microbial Diversity 
    • Bacteriology
    • Chemistry

    Each subjects carries a total marks of 100 with a total credit of 20 in the first semester. The marks and credits are based on theory, Practical, and Internal assesment.
