    LPUPET is an entrance that is conducted for admission of eligible candidates into various programs including Bsc. in Health and Physical Education and BPES (Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports).

    STRUCTURE OF PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST  (i) The Physical Efficiency Test will include the following: 50 meters sprint Standing Broad Jump Over head back throw {Medicine ball Men (3 Kg.) & Women (2 Kg.)} 1000 meters run/walk.

    The PET tests candidates fitness and endurance to ensure they meet the required standards. This phase is important for assessing candidates physical capabilities as part of the overall evaluation proce

    As per the official brochure the tests in LPUPET include - 

    • 50 meters sprint.
    • Standing Broad Jump.
    • Over heard back throw (Medicine ball men 3 kg, Women 5 kg.)
    • 1000 meters run/walk.
