Hi Sahiba, the timings of LPU are 9 am to 5 pm usually. However for PEP classes the time table may be altered. The classes may go up to 6 pm and teachers may take classes at 8 am as well. It is for the welfare of the students. Hope this answers your question.

Being an alumnus of this institution. With this information, I can assist you. Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m., are the regular hours. Despite the demanding schedule, each and every class is really entertaining and informative. There is so much to learn and enjoy with cheerful learning every hour. If a faculty member is on leave, the lecture will not be cancelled; instead, it will be postponed or replaced. If a teacher is absent, make-up and adjustment lessons are assigned to compensate for the loss. The timetable is updated daily for students on the LPU Touch Application, and it is recommended that students check the UMS every day for information. Hope this information is helpful!

Well to my knowledge, majority of the professional colleges or Universities work under the official shift timings of 9;00 am to 5;00 pm, so do the classes with varying courses ranges according to their academic requirements keeping in mind the Lunch hours and other important breaks required for one to be able to relax and freshen up. But currently, considering the present pressing times of COVID-19 outbreak, LPU is keeping the prime focus on student health safety along with quality learning, the following initiatives are being planned: At LPU, they have always been guided by the commitment to respond to every situation in a proactive manner. Dealing with COVID-19 situation was challenging not only for us but for everyone on this universe. However, LPU delivered on its critical commitments to facilitate effective learning for our students by training and advancing their knowledge frontier through comprehensive (360) use of technology.

I am an alumni of Lovely Professional University and I have knowledge about this that The normal timings for all courses are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. In fact, being the hectic schedule of each and every class is very much interesting and knowledgeable. For every single hour, there is so much to learn and enjoy with happy learning. There is also Special Placement Prep Classes are conducted on Saturday for the student. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. ). All a student has to do is to maintain a good academic record and personality to ensure his/her placement. Also for MBA Hons students one day a week they have a special class for 2 hours which is specially designed for MBA Hons students. If any faculty member is on leave then the lecture will not be cancelled, they may postpone or take makeup class. Makeup and Adjustment classes are placed if the teacher is absent just to cover up the loss. The time table is specially updated every day for the students on the LPU Touch Application and it is advised to check the UMS every day for the information. So, the timings of LPU are the standard time of most of the professional training institutions of our country.

Hi, There I am an alumnus of LPU. And I can give the right answer to this. Yes, the timing is usually. 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM but for make-up classes, they take classes on Saturday & Sunday too. LPU does not compromise with the loss of the study of their students. If students agree then they may take classes from 08:00 Am in the morning also. This is so good. I like this spirit because they never take studies lightly they always give you the right output one thing I remember that. Our parents give money as fees and LPU provide so many things in fact the career to their students. And I have told mam why this makeup class at so early at 08:00 am. She told me your parents have paid 100 bucks for this. That much dedicated they are to our studies. So that is why that take it seriously.

LPU adheres to the schedule so that students are not inconvenienced by time constraints. LPU has over 200 professional programmes to choose from. Classes begin at 9:00 a. m. or 8:00 a. m. or 10 a. m. and end at 4:00 p. m. or 5:00 p. m. or 6 p. m. , depending on the course. All students are given a one-hour lunch break and the opportunity to resolve their doubts in tutorial classes according to the schedule.
