    The Government of India created the NIT Uttarakhand in 2010. 
     It was placed 131st in the 2022 NIRF ranking (Engineering) by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The most popular programme at NIT Uttarakhand is the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. The following classes are available:
