A 93% of UMBC degree recipients are employed and / or pursuing further education with 6 months of graduation. The Class of 2023 graduates are hired by more than 1,240 organizations. The top employers include Amazon, Apple, Deloitte, EY, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, AstraZeneca, etc. Also, 62% of the graduates are pursuing Master’s degrees and 26% are pursuing Doctoral degrees.
