<p>The Gavilan Scholarship Program is here to assist you in reaching your educational goals. Part-time and full-time student scholarships are available at Gavilan College for most academic majors. Scholarships are awards of money for college expenses that you do not need to repay. All continuing Gavilan College students, transfer students, new students or graduating high school students can apply. There is no fee to apply for scholarships from the Gavilan College online application system.Faculty/staff, local businesses, community organizations, alumni and many other private sources provide these financial student resources. However, scholarships are limited funds and awarded on a competitive basis and/or special criteria (example: major). Academic GPA (grade point average), major and other specifications our donors require determine eligibility.Scholarship award amounts usually range between $250 per year up to any amount.</p>
