The University of Hong Kong offers the HKU Foundation Scholarships specifically for Indian students holding an All Indian Senior Secondary Exam Certificate or Indian School Certificate. These scholarships are merit-based and cover tuition fees and other allowances for undergraduate programs at HKU. Eligible applicants are automatically considered, and no separate scholarship application is required. There are over 77 scholarships listed for Indian students to study in Hong Kong in 2024-25.

See on the website its specified that a person will be eligible for admission only if the candidate secures at least 90% marks in all his board subjects (of course excluding Hindi in your case), so maybe your physics marks mess up your chances of getting admitted in that particular college. However, when enrolling in this program, you will be required to declare study in another major and also this program retains all of the core computer requirements.
