What are the top universities for UG courses in India?

<p>I've always been curious about what makes a university stand out, especially when it comes to placements and the overall campus experience. Chandigarh University is one that I kept hearing a lot about. For me, the biggest surprise was when I saw that Anupam Mittal (the founder of People Group &amp; Shaadi.com) and Aman Gupta (co-founder of boAt) had visited the campus to share their experiences with students. It's rare to see such high-profile entrepreneurs interact with undergraduates, and it's clear that the university attracts a lot of attention from the business world.</p><p>Looking deeper, I found that Chandigarh University ranks 20th in the NIRF 2024 rankings and is also ranked 1st in the QS rankings for private universities. But what really impressed me were the placement records. The highest package offered to students in the 2024-25 batch was 1.7 Crore for international placements, which is an incredible achievement. Even within India, students are securing offers with packages as high as 54.75 LPA.</p><p>This combination of great rankings, high-profile events, and impressive placement records definitely puts Chandigarh University on the map for top undergraduate choices in India.</p>
