UGAT registration form was released online and the application window was open till June 2025. The application schedule is announced on the official website of UGAT. - Two coloured printouts of the UGAT admit card

- Valid photo ID proof (issued by the Government of India) such as Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Pan Card, etc.
- Black or blue ball point pen
- Hand sanitizer
