What are the universities in South USA where the fees is less that offer a Ms program in Industrial Engineering?

I am studying Electrical Engineering in NIT Durgapur.My cgpa is 7.11/10.GRE is 900 and TOEFL is 77.I am interested in Industrial Engineering in typically in Universities with less fee and in South of USA ,say Texas,Lousiana,Mississippi.,Plea se suggest some resonably good Universities .Regards

Hi, You would not even get average universities with this GRE and TOEFL scores. Both your score are below the benchmark. In TOEFL, atleast 90+ is required by universities. Also, average to good universities require atleast 1100+ score in the GRE(Even if there is no minimum requirment). I would high
