    MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. The specialisation helps you get a greater insight into respective area. Say if you have HRM then it will give you insight on various areas Human Resources & labor laws thus it will assist you to pursue a career in HR. However keeping you interest areas in mind you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of one's interest areas are much higher.

    Hi, MBA HRM is perfect for individuals with good communication skills and an ability to envision a larger picture for an organisation. At present, skilled HR professionals are required in all public and private sector organizations. And it is a 2 years course. Although, the starting salary for the course entirely depends upon the institute of study, salary for alumni of a good management institute is between INR 5 lacs to 12 lacs.
