What are the various career options after doing an M.Tech in Computer Engineering from NMIMS

i am getting admission in NMIMS in MBA tech in computer Eng. i checked out website of NMIMS. i just want to know is that after finish this course, what will be the possibility of getting job. if i want to go higher studies after finish this course then which are courses available for higher studies.
