What are the various career options in political science and history field? I have completed my 12th want to pursue a degree in the same.

You may pursue PGs in Political Science or History. If you opt to become a teacher or Professor, you may go for B.Ed or MPhil/ Ph.D. Civil service is a good option for those who do UG in History/ Political Science. Law is a good career for you. Also possibilities are there to become a Historian, Travel guide, etc. -
You can do your graduation with these subjects. After graduation, you can also pursue Masters in the same. Also, you can prepare for UPSC exams.
