What are the various English proficiency exams accepted by Portland Community College?

<p>Portland Community does not require English proficiency test scores as it offers an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program which is offered to non-native English speakers. Students may turn in the following exam results if they choose not to enroll in the ESOL program:</p><ul><li>TOEFL iBT- score 61 or higher</li><li>IELTS (Academic)- score 5.5 or higher&nbsp;</li><li>DUOLINGO- score 95 or higher (no sub-score lower than 75)</li><li>GTEC- score 1076 or higher</li><li>EIKEN-1 or higher</li><li>iTEP (Academic)- score 4.0 or higher</li><li>Pearson PTE- score 45 or higher</li><li>Trinity College London ISE II- pass Integrated Skills in English (ISE) II or higher</li><li>Michigan English Test (MET)- score 54 or higher</li><li>Cambridge B2 First- score 160 or higher</li><li>Cambridge C1 Advanced- score 160 or higher</li><li>Cambridge C2 Proficiency- score 160 or higher</li><li>AP - Advanced Placement English Language &amp; Composition- score 3+ or higher</li><li>ACT English- score 18 or higher</li><li>SAT (evidence-based Reading and Writing)- score 480 or higher</li></ul>
