Dear, As per students preferences & market scope the gradation are as BE/B.Tech in CS / ECE /IT/ Mechanical/ Civil.. But also depends on the likng of the students.

all the areas that you have mentioned have tremendous scope and therfore any decision you make will be fine. C ravi besides your preffered streams physics & chemistry are very good subjects,because of less competition chemical engineering is also will be a very good choice as you have good strength in chemistry and future is all of chemicl engineering.

the stream you mentioned are all good you can go for any stream but the most important thing is which stream interests you the most but today the most preferable is IT..... so you can opt for it rest upto you all the best
