M.B.B.S is a graduate level course and to pursue a research, it is important that you first apply for the M.D and based on which you can attain specialization in a particular field, and the M.D program is a research based option that you can opt to go for.

you have to clear entrance exam conduct bu IMC (Indian medical council) then you do MD which is research based field
