What are the Visa rejection ratio for Singapore (student Visa).

Hi all, I applied for student pass and till now i didn't get any call from university or from VISA office . I am a bit worried about all this stuff mu college is from 27 Feb and i have to be there on or before 21. I just want to know visa rejection ration of Singapore. I submitted documents on 29Jan
