hi ashok, after diploma in Metallurgy you can go for BE/B.tech in metallurgy as thr is huge demand of meta guys due to limited no of seats ...you can go for PSUs like SAIL,CIL,NMDC having gr8 pckgs ranging from 6- 8.5 lpa.
