You should have good working and communication skills, then you can apply for job in MNC Company. You should also have some experience of working in any core company.

If you have good skills and a good communication skill, apply for the job on their website. But, it will be better option go and work with any core company, which may or may not be MNC and gain experience, then apply for a good MNC. You will have a good chance to get job there.
