Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT and Interview or Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). International Exposure Option Student may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions. Communication Skills Fluency of Speech Grammatically Correct Capacity to Elaborate Clarity of Thought Career Orientation, Aspirations & Goals Clarity of Goals Confidence Leadership & Initiative General Awareness After qualifying in LPU NEST Final Selection parameters are as follows, (I) Write Essays (20% weightage) - 2 Essays (ii) Appear for Personal Interview (60% weightage) (iii) Work Experience (20% weightage) For more detail, you can login to LPU website.

Let me share with you interview competencies that are tested as part of MBA interviews in LPU. The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboration of the concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness, and leadership quality. In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut-off score only you will be considered as qualified or not. Hence, whatever is the specialisation that you are wishing to opt for the faculty of the core domain will be checking you on that and keeping in mind the above competencies stated.
