Reason behind the action should be strong enough to carry forward your ambitions in life. If you have only choice, if you have strong reason that why are you doing this. If you clearly understand its worth. It will make you a focused guy without any extra foolish effort. So, try to find out reason, purpose. -

Find a suitable environment for study. Create a study ritual. Block distracting websites + apps on your phone, tablet, and computer. Divide up + space out study sessions. Find the best tools for study. Focus on skills, not grades. Exercise.
