What @ ATKT rule in my case

i appeared hsc(arts) previous year but failed in 2 sub, i appeared both oct n march attempt but failed again.will i get admisson in FY on atkt rule i ws not admitted in college on atkt rule previously . Will i be allowed once more for oct this yr? plz rply

Is ATKT something like failing in a subject or getting a supplementary?. If that is the case then the rules vary from institutions to institutions or university to university.
