Thapar is a great institute, along with being a reputed institute it is also a private body. This helps a lot as the placement cells are really active in those colleges. As Thapar is one of the best colleges in India its placement is also very high, if you had doing CSE from Thapar then you will get an average package of 9-10 lakhs per annum.

You can easily grab a pack of 3.0 LPA minimum and 36 LPA maximum from this college easily as this college is very reputed and many companies offer campus placements here.
