BTech fresher average salary package in India ranges between INR 3 LPA and INR 7 LPA. The salary generally depends on the college placement opportunities. It is also dependent on the location of the company as well as the reputation and size of the multinational companies. For instance, start-up companies may or may not offer higher packages to freshers in comparison to established multinational companies.

Its difficult to tell exact average package for freshers and experienced people. However,average package was Rs 5.30 lacs pa last year.
