What BBA long distance course would you ll suggest for a person working in Kuwait?

I am presently working as a warranty adminstrator in an automotive After sales company in Kuwait with a pkg of Rs 70000. I completed my Diploma in automobile engg in 2012 with a percentage of 70%. Is it to late to back to India and do my B.E? Or else what long distance course should I go for. Age22
