Only a small number of foreign universities accept JEE scores for enrollment in undergraduate programmes. Only few universities abroad except JEE scores for admission to Undergraduate programs. Most universities, in fact, accept SAT scores for admission to their UG programs, a number of universities accept ACT scores. You would also require proving your English Language proficiency to study abroad. IELT
