There are many branches in engineering such as civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics and communication, computer science, information technology, production, etc. All the branches are of the same difficulty level some of them lengthy. If your numerical is strong then go for civil, mechanical or electrical, otherwise, choose the remaining branch.

There are a lot of branches in engineering through the common ones are ECE, CSE, IN, EE, Mechanical, & civil. None is easy hence choose according to your interest so that you enjoy the process. Civil is also a good branch. If you are into construction and management then this is the field for you.

Well, engineering has so many fields like computer engineering, ECE, EE, ME, Civil and many more. If I talk about the best branch, there each and every branch is good and it depends on your interest. If you have interest in a particular field, you will do better there. Well, Computer Science and ECE are the most demanded branches in modern era which works for the embedded and computerized system. Civil engineering is also good but there are few chances to get job easily. There is scope in government sector in the branches like ECE, EE, ME, Civil, etc. But in CSE, there are few chances of government jobs.
    Hope this helps you.
    Thanks.
