    The institutes are supposed to submit the list of candidates once it is withdrawn or closed. In such cases, the candidate's name should be on the list provided by the institute, which will then allow the candidate to sit in the examinations.

No, NIELIT is an offline, pen-and-paper-based examination. Students will need to fill in the correct answer in the OMR sheet and submit it. Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed the 10+2 class for Bachelor's degree courses and Bachelor's degree for postgraduate degree courses from a recognised board.

Yes, the authorities will release separate NIELIT admit cards for the different exam cycles. The NIELIT admit card is available online at student.nielit.gov.in. Candidates will have to choose their examination year and cycle and submit the required credentials to access and download the NIELIT admit card. A print out of the admit card has to be taken for future use.

No. Candidates will have to present physical copies of the NIELIT admit card to the centre. No soft copies will be accepted by the authorities. If the candidates fail to present their physical printouts, then they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Candidates are advised to keep printouts of the admit card ready. However, the original ID proof will be required at the centre.
