The students who do engineering, are never average, they are beyond and above average, and they don't remain poor as engineering knowledge makes everybody richer from mind. -
yes you can do it India has 15 lakh student taking engineering every year while the number of seats are 17 lakh so there is seat for everyone so do some research in private college in your state and take admission in it .
